What is your preferred 1 and 2 conductor shielded wire for use inside a chassis and where can I find it? Thanks!

Mogami W2330 Interconnect Wire. Used it for guitar wiring, FX and amp builds. Bought it on TubeDepot.

22awg 2-conductor shielded wire
26awg RG-174 shielded wire
