Sorry for the grainy photo, I was in a hurry.
Two areas of concern:
1) The top oval shows my OT ins and outs as I have the trany mounted right now. My thinking here was to keep the ins on the side where I will be mounting them (board and PT sockets) and run the outs under the board and to the impedence selector. Mechanically this makes sense to me but do I run a risk of RF noise and hum. Would I be better off to flip the trany around or is this the way to go?
2) Lower oval. Check out my 32X32 filter/fuse holder/PT end bell mounting problem. The tip of the fuse holder touches the filter cap, but I intend to cut the tip terminal down and drill a new hole for the wires, I think this should give me enough space.
But the spacing between the filter cap and the PT end bell is only 1-1.5mm. Is this to close? Should I seek out new real estate for the 32X32 or am I ok with this tight spacing.
Due to being slammed at work, a sick tooth, cleaning out my home office so my mother in law can stay with us, hosting thanks giving dinner and catching a nasty chest cold, I have had no time in the last couple of weeks to even look at this build. So now that I have a little time and I'm feeling well enough, I want to have my chassis wired and ready for the board by Sunday evening.
So any and all opinions are welcome;~)
Let's get this Weber chassis beaten into shape!

Not sure about the OT. I just wired a '45 clone this weekend and had the same thoughts as you. Cutting down the fuse holder terminal should be OK. Lot of work for a $2.00 item. You'll have to be careful of shavings. Radio Shack sells cheap fuse holders with shorter terminals. If you want to get really small you could get Rat Shack's fuse holders for miniature fuses. I've used these and their current ratings were enough for my needs.

I think I'd just use the smaller European fuses and fuse holder. The new Marshalls use them and they work just fine. It seems like $1 for the fuse holder is worth not having to do all that work. Plus, does the holder have the fuse in it now? If it doesn't then it will stick out even more with a fuse in it. Cosmetically the smaller holder doesn't look any different.
I'm also using a Weber Chassis (18 watt) for my 5 watt 6V6 plexi-ish channel switching combo. The only annoying thing was having to drill out most of the holes. The input jack holes were set up for a modern Marshall Jack, not the Vintage style I got from George (which honestly look so much cooler!). The only scary part of this was enlarging the plexi face plate. But I'm learning a lot and enjoying it!
Good luck
