Excuse for the question. I am desperate, I don't find the scheme for the MV pre of the 1959 plexi. Could someone post me the scheme to install the PRE-PIMV for a 1959 plexi?
Sorry for my English
Thanks so many

Re: PRE-PIMV Marshall 1959 Plexi
Do you mean the MV that goes between the treble pot wiper and the PI input?
This is what you see on a 2203 so if you look at that schematic/layout you will see where it goes.
What are you trying to achieve (if you need more help/advice)?

Thaks.
I'm trying to make the ampli's volume more manageable.

I think that the pre-PI MV (i.e. stock Marshall version) works best with a cascaded preamp i.e. like a 2203 MV amp (it does work ok to an extent with non-cascaded too) but the Lar-Mar version of PPIMV is probably better as long as you don't go below 50% on the dial.jimi wrote:Thaks.
