Fryette PS2 crackling on startup...

As the title suggest, when I turn on my PS2 I'm getting crackling through my cab. Only present with the PS2 in line so I know it is the issue. Anybody come across this before so I know what to look for before opening it up? First thought was to clean the valve sockets and pins, beyond that though.. hunting down a cold solder joint may be tricky? Any pointers would be appreciated.

Try moving the switches and seeing if it’s a switch that’s about to go?
