My 76' 50 Watt Lead reads around 355 Volts (Plate Voltage at Pin 3), does this sound right? The transformer is so huge, i thought maybe this was a little low. Would a new transformer be stronger?

Well, it does sound low....my '75 puts out 429VDC on the average, and my '78 runs at about 405VDC, tube variations/bias settings will make this vary but only by a few volts. Those are both running EL34's for those measurements.
I suppose you could throw in a new tranny if it bothers you, or you have reason to suspect it's on the way out, but if it sounds good as is and doesn't change with time, I wouldn't bother. Keep an eye on its voltage and the amp's sound for a while.

The amp does sound really great . But jumpering the channels is too much for the amp and the sound just gets a severely saturated clipping mushy sound, i thought maybe the transformer was a little weak.
