here's an attempt to identify some key values:
v1b k: 10k with switchable electrolytic cap
v2a k: 10k? with switchable electrolytic cap
v2b k: original 2k7 resistor appears to been replaced by cap with a higher value. original .68uf cap

Unfortunately, I can't confirm or deny anything from that picture. You can clearly see, though, that the wire going into v2 (now the third tube) is not stock. I also can't tell if the wire coming out of the treble pot is gioing to the stock voltage divier or somewhere else.

My ears still tell me it's based on 2203 with added stage.
