Metro EVH 12000 series 100W Plexi build. Voltage checks???

Hello all:

I am new to this site and new to amp building. I've just completed the EVH spec. 100W Plexi. (Dual voltage option) I am ready to do voltage checks and want to be sure that I do it right.

According to the CD instructions I should power up the MAINS power only. And then proceede with taking readings. Is this correct?

With MAINS power only I read:

3 volts on V1, V2, & V3 @ pins 4/5 & 9. ...and...
3 volts on V4, V5, V6, & V7 @ pins 2 & 7.
I also read a bias voltage of -47.

The instructions say to take additional voltage readings using the accompanying chart but voltage is not present at these other test points.

Should STANDBY power be engaged (turned on) to successfuly take the addional readings?
