Good job man...btw, i literally had to use two vise-grips to crush that power cord grommet down to size on the cord to get it squeeze in there. Was one of the hardest parts of the build.

yep, that powercord was hard work. I'm thinking about converting to a modern powercord. It,s more convenient when carrying it around.

I did change it to IEC. Pretty tough job just with some files, but well worth it.

If I would do a lot of this I would find a better way (better tools).

I've used it in the studio a couple of times now. Its a truly versatile amp. I used it on everything from heavy crunch sounds to more U2ish strumming.

When I get som finished mixes I'll post them.

I dont have any mustards installed yet. I've got a comlpete set for the amp but decided to wait until I've settled for the specs I want.

Since making the soundclips I've changed the NFB from the 8 ohm to the 16 ohm and installed a 0022uf in v2. I've also biased the amp correctly (after fleminras instructions). It was running a bit hot. The mods have made the amp tighter and focused.

I like this amp more and more.

I recently bougth a weber mass 150. I must say the attenuator makes a huge difference. The ppimw is ok, but when you get the power tubes kickin in its a diffent world. I could even get thrash metal riffs going. Who needs an OD pedal?

I recenetly bougth the Focusrite liquid Saffire soundcard. I'll try to make some new soundclips soon. Also bougth the Sennheiser e906 wich sounds very nice.

I got a PPMV kit but after hearing the amp just through a hotplate, I decided not to install it. All the tubes on 10 is were its at.
