12xxx Series build vs 1969 100w build

Hey Guys,
Looking for some help here. I see others have been looking for the build journal for a 12xxx series build without any luck. ValveStorm has instructions for the 100 Watt Plexi (updated back in 2007) for the Metro Kit. I was wondering how close that guide is to a 12xxx build? I know there will be different part values but what I want to know is the foundation there to build a 12xxx series step by step with those instructions? Any help would be much appreciated.
