whats the diff between a .1 uf and a .10uf.. (please dont say .9uf)

No difference at all. Sometimes extra zeros are used to indicate precision, but it's probably just arbitrary in this case. Or maybe just to have a consistent look in their specs because they offer so many values - .10, .12, .15...
