On this clip there is a guy doing some ACDC riffs through - i believe to be a JTM45/100 at the beginning. At 6.00 onward it seems he is plugged into the 12000 series as i can see the cable going into it and the indicator lamp is on. But at certain points he is putting his ear to the cabinet to the left. It almost sounds JTM45ish and then he is explaining how he splits the signal at the end but i cannot quite understand what he is talking about. Can anyone tell me which amp he is playing through?

He did switch over to the 12,000. A little over half way through the video you can see him using that amp.

That is a pretty good ACDC tone from the 12000. Sounds like quite a versatile amp. Most of the clips are Van Halen type riffs. Is the Van Halen sound achieved on the 12000 by simply cranking the volume right up and the ACDC tone by rolling back the volume a little? This is putting a spin on which kit i should go for!

What is it about the 12000 that makes it more 'gainier' than the standard 69 amps? Is it the lower filtering?

What speakers were in that cab he was using with the 12000?

All four cabs the 45/100 and 12,000 were plugged into were loaded with Heritage M's.
