is this amp just a stock plexireplicas 45/100 or does it have some other bits and peices to

The amp is stock, but I think Gary put NOS tubes in it.

Check out the related video. He covers All Right Now and his tone is fantastic. He appears to be using that same 335 too.

The comments on that clip say he is using a '67 Superlead. Not one I built. Great clip and tone!
