Power switch was bad. I jumped the switch and all powers up fine with good heater voltage, B+, etc BUT NO input signal except for a slight hum. Some funky voltages but I can't pinpoint it. Biggest question is "0" volts at V2 pin 3 (s/b 1.1).
OK super sleuth's, see anything I'm missing?? Weird thing is the hot lead from the input jack to V1 pin 2 checks as continuity to ground. I think the problem is in there but it's wired per the instructions and my brain is getting too fuzzy to dupe it out.
