100 Watt Master Volume instructions (2203 or 2204)

Hi Everyone.

Since my move to Belgium from Pittsburgh, PA there were a lot of things I didn't bring. I used to have the instruction manual for 100 W MV on a cd, but that is buried somewhere in my things stored at my Maaaamaaa's house.

And seeing that a lot of the links to the build instructions are now dead, or seem to be, can anyone find it in their heart to share the MV 100W build instruction manual? That would be real swell - I mostly want it for the voltage reading etc.
