The instructions refer to this in the appendix but I don’t see it. Am I missing something?

Hey Folks - just saw this thread, and had just posted a question on the 'Instructions' thread. I see someone had already asked about the missing page in the appendix titled, "BOARD WIRING DIAGRAM (COLORS AND LENGTHS)". Does anyone have that page, or a similar diagram? The response here sends me to the same set of instructions, plus a list of required / delivered wires and lengths. Thanks in advance, and no, I won't be posting all over the place. Once again, just hadn't noticed this thread first time 'round.

I’m also looking for the missing page. The colors and lengths mentioned above are only what’s provided with the kit and not the lengths from one component to another. The later would be advantageous to new builders so they can make the best use of the wire they have.

I just went through this part of the build and figured I'd post the lengths I used for anyone looking for this in the future. Most of them give some room to work with and end up being trimmed a little. I still ended up with tons of extra wire so don't worry about making them a bit long.

The wire numbering I used is here: https://imgur.com/UbBISPs. If the link dies, I'm basically counting starting from the top left corner of the board in the image for Step 27 and working my way around the board clockwise.

1. Yellow - 4.75”
2. Yellow - 2.5”
3. Blue - 3.5”
4. Blue - 3.5”
5. Green - 4.75”
6. Yellow - 4.25”
7. Yellow - 2.5”
8. Red - 9”
9. Blue - 3.5”
10. Green - 3.5”
11. Yellow - 3.5”
12. Green - 2.75”
13. Blue - 4.25”
14. Blue - 3.5”
15. Blue - 13”
16. Red - 12”
17. Black - 3.75”
18. Blue - 7”
19. Blue - 7”
20. Red - 6”
21. Black - 3.5”
22. Yellow - 6.25”
23. Violet - 7.25”
24. Orange - 10”
25. Green - 10”
26. Brown - 4.25”
27. Red - 9”
28. Pink - 8”
29. Brown - 7.5”
30. Violet - 8”
31. Black - 4.5”
32. Pink - 4.5”
33. Black - 7.5”

Page 20 of the 50 watt kit instructions will give you most of the wire lengths for the board. The only ones that may be different are the red B+ wires on the left of the board. The wires in the 100 watter will be a bit longer due to the chassis length. I usually just temporarily lay the board in the chassis to get an idea of the wire lengths and then just cut them all an inch or two longer. The final length will be determined when you begin terminating and soldering each wire. There should be more than enough extra wire in the kit so you won't come up short.
