I'll just try it at 70 volts on my 2 none master volume Plexi, but no on my ENGL Powerball 2 and my Suhr PT100, but the PT100 sounded great at 90 volts.I tried it at 90 volts with my Dirty Shirley which I thought it might not work since it has a tube rectifier and it also worked great!

I believe that Eddie used the MXR 6 Band EQ as a buffer only with the Univox Echo because it was so bad and took much of the tone away. According to Rudy Lieren VHI was Flanger-Phase 90-Echoplex-Amp-4X12 Cab. Then the studio with all the gear. They also used an Echo/Reverb Chamber Room that they put Eddies guitar through. On many early bootlegs you can hear that Before Eruption they take the guitar lead out and plug in something. That very likely is the MXR and the Univox. According to Rudy Lieren that was just plugged in for Eruption and maybe if they did a song right after and then taken out from the signal chain.
