1 3/4 nut width

When you look at pics of the B&W era Franky you can see that the brass nut doesn't fill the length of the nut slot completely,especially on the high E side. Maybe that high E needed a little help staying on the fretboard ?

I had to do this on a banana neck I got from one of the prominent parts companies often mentioned at this site because the 1 11/16 neck I got had the floyd holes drilled a good mm too far to the high E and I could not keep the high E from slipping off the fret on a simple vibrato. I went to a 1 5/8 nut to fix the problem and ended up really liking a 1 5/8 nut on a 1 11/16 neck.
