Also, I don't think Ed cared, and neither do I. He gave the gift of music to kids. That makes the world better.

Well, he could've kept them. Or he could've sold them on eBay. How many people would've dropped some big coin on an EVH-owned Peavey with a certificate of authenticity? Giving it to a school was the nice option.

Lots of custom one-ofs in that lot: three single coils, P-90s, etc. ... that school is sitting on a small treasure.
