I am pretty sure I am going to buy one.

Check it out in front of a Marshall

In front of JCM 800

Another decent clip

I think in front of the low input of my 2203 it would sound awesome!

The one in front of a Marshall was terrible! I didn't watch the others yet. He had the volume so low it wasn't even turned up to 1! :palm:

At least turn it up to band practice / gig levels for a real world experience, right?

I was hoping to hear it in front of a Marshall already overdriven.

And the video shows a marshall but nothing is plugged into it so I'm skeptical weather or not it was even used.

All of this is so weird... Distortion pedals w/ noise gate, 6L6 tubes, wah pedal, rosewood/ebony fretboard....

This is not the Eddie Van Halen of 1978-1984

I ordered it. Why not? LOL I am sick sick man.

Another cool clip. This is really a good clip. Don't know what amp or speakers he is using. But it shows how it sound with different guitars. Really like what I hear here.

I think just as a pedal it sounds great. I am not getting this to sound like Eddie. I am going to put in front of a JMP2203 clone.

Would have much rather seen them offer a OD pedal that really simulated his old cranked Plexi with a variac and all the other goodies.
I own a 5153 so no need for a pedal of it. :(

Well, for those of us that have the Plexi thing covered... haha.....

Its just cool to be able to have the full range. I like the newest tones on the current tour. Its different. Whats awesome for me is having the 2203 and being able to utilize different pedals. In the High Input on the 2203 I have the Paul Gilbert Fuzz Universe Pedal and the Suhr ISO Boost. Awesome AC/DC meets Def Leppard High and Dry tones. But whats also cool is being able to plus really cool distortion boxes in to the Low Input; which is essentially clean on a 2203. I have always wanted a 5150 III, and this is the best way for me. Heck, it may be even better because I have EL34s. And my 2203 have the Next Gen SoZo's.

This is a lot fun. Thats all there is to it. Love playing with multiple tones!

High h Dry = awesome cranked Marshalls tones. Not Ed-cranked, but loud! Great album.

Oh hell ya! One of my favorites. Aside from Eddie's tones, that album plus some of the Scorpions stuff like Blackout are my favorite tones.

I got the pedal. I will have more to report this weekend. But I can honestly say that I love this pedal. I plugged it in to the clean side of my 5150 Combo that I bought back in 1998. Plugged in to the low input. SO much better then the Peavey 5150 lead channel. The gain is just right. Can't wait to try it on my 2203. I may have to practice with this on my Combo from now on. Was really surprised at the tone. I actually like it better then the 5150 III's that I have played. Not as fizzy like some of the reviews have said. Still aggressive... but not as intense as the 5150 III. But don't let that fool you. It can get Channel 3 gain if you wanted!
