I saw the frequency response, which is 50Hz-20kHz, on the V800 and it's pretty decent. I'm looking for another power amp that would be similar to Ed's H&H V800. The Rocktron Velocity is what I have used in the past but the frequency response isn't the same. I remember VHT making a nice power amp back in the day and Mesa and Marshall both make tube amp heads which I have played but wondering what you all use when doing a re-amp thing...

Some of the H/H V-800 users who've tried everything out there are finally switching from H/H to Matrix rack power amps for their guitar rigs, and giving glowing reviews. Most notably Billy Idol guitarist Steve Stevens, and MetroForum member Dirtycooter.
