No, it's just that since the chassis will be out to bias new tubes, I can replace that sloppy looking power cord. I nicked it stripping the insulation and had to patch it with shrink tube and it looks like shit. So I'm gonna kiss it goodbye while it's all apart.C J H wrote:.. I honestly don't hear enough of a difference in sound between this amp and the Super PA with the Philips/Mustards to justify the cash outlay. George just made me a JTM100 set with split turrets. It is very nice. George does seriously excellent work at a good price. Made me happy, and that ain't easy when it comes to Marshall amp parts.
