Hi Jafar I just posted the following on PP. I use CakeWalk Studio Pro and seem to get pretty good stuff from it. This is the way I do it. I use Shure SM57's to mic my 4 X 12's then from there I go into my mixing board to blend the sounds from the cabs and I also have my bass, drum machine patched into the mixer too, finally out of there to the line-in on the soundcard. Give it a try and I think you will be happy with the results. Of course you don't have to have a mixer since from what I can see you have just one cab, so you can just go directly from the mic into the soundcard. Please post some tones from that JCM800, I'm anxious to hear them!!
