JCM 800 Turret Board

I'm in the process of building a JCM 800 and I need a template for the turret board...could someone help me out?

Joe Popp site is down? Google it, and there you'll find so much pics of the builds that he did. Just wire 68k input resistors to the tube socket with a shielded cable, and not 'Via" turret board. Than look for the info on site about jcm800 builds and you'll be fine. Every thing is covered:)
