While assembling my 5F8a clone I realized that the Classic Tone Fender 100W PT does not have the 5V rectifier secondary.
So, I'll need to mod my 5F8a build to use SS rectifier. I'll just pop in two 1N4007's or similar, but I was thinking about adding a sag resistor. Any advice on this?

Yeah, Get the proper PT... It wont sound the same with a SS Rectifier... Do it the right way.. I did on mine , And it sounds fantastic..
