I checked and reflowed all of the solder joints. I had changed some wire orientations to make for shorter runs, but I now rewired everything exactly as the layout. No more red plating! Bias voltage on both pairs of power tubes now.

The ticking was that big blue Erie cap shorting on the turret next to it. DOH!

There is some DC leakage that is causing crackling intermittently when the standby switch is flipped. I am going to change out the blue Erie filter cap with a new part and go from there.

The amp is thunderous! Just a few minor tweaks to get it perfect.

I've had drawers full of nos parts and the chassis box etc for one of these for years now. I finally have a 4x12 and my plexi science project is nearing the end of it's "development" lol, maybe this winter I'll finally put the 45/100 together.
