I never thought I would survive a week without my guitars and amps. Luckily our friends son had a couple guitars I could bang on, but the line 6 amp just didn't cut it. We spent a couple days in Arizona, two cold days in San Diego ( 61 and 63 degree weather) mexico for a couple and back to Az for a couple. I contacted an old friend of the family, I haven't seen in 34 years. He and his brothers thought it would be funny to get me hammered on single barrel Jack and Bud lights and then stuff me on a plane back home at 7:00a.m. Saturday morning. Needless to say I was dead all day yesterday. The wife and I are back in Ohio. It was nice to fire up the Metro and jam for a few, now I have to go pick up some of my Les Pauls, they were being cared for by some friends. It's just good to be home.
