Flames,
Mazie, my three year old daughter saw your hotrod on the bottom of your post and now wants it. "Daddy can we get a car like that". Sure beats wanting a barbie mobile.

It doesn't see much winter driving anymore. It was my daily driver for four or five years ('86 to about the end of '90.) I did have to have it out for a week the last time it snowed really good here, since the alternator croaked in my winter beater.
My '53 Chev pickup was going to be my daily driver for a few years, but about the time my Dad and I were putting the freshly finished oak in the bed I just couldn't drive it another winter. Too much work to destroy by choice.
Apparently my niece doesn't have the pedal car anymore; her brother has come along and claimed it. He was playing in the '50 two door tonight before my brother's family heads back to Texas; he had a great time pretending to drive it.
