Good friend of mine just recently arranged to have Jimmy's original Marshall head (that he used on so many early records) fixed up for these potential shows.
Apparently Jimmy said it hasn't sounded right since about 1979, when some genius did a bunch of bad mods to it, but now it DOES and he'll use it.

I haven't poked my head in here in a while, but I thought you guys would appreciate this. I found the above info over on the ProSoundWeb forum. Sounds like Jimmy is going to be bringing out his original Marshall head! This bodes well for Pagey's tone!

Thanks man! We have been up to a lot lately as usual. I will be in England the week of the big Zeppelin reunion. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that JR Warner and I will go.
