Any good Music Gear or Electronic Parts Shops in LAS VEGAS?

Post by BBN-Boys » Fri Apr 15, 2005 2:59 am

I'll be going to Las Vegas NV next month to attend a cousins wedding.... I'll be flying over from Honolulu, Hawaii.

Can you guys recommend any good Music Gear Shops and/or Electronic Parts store in or near LAS VEGAS?? I'll have car rental so traveling is not a problem.

Being stuck on a rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean is sorta limiting when it comes to Music Gear shops and Electronic part stores..... But the weather and beaches is ALWAYS great!! Girls & Bikinis ALL year long!

Thanks!

I once visited Ed Roman's store over 4 years ago. It was a horrible experience. Back then his store was open to "appointments only". That was a big PIA!! It really felt like walking into a "used car" sales lot. He did have a lot of wonderfull guitars though. You have to show $$$$ and wheel & deal though. I've noticed that appointments are not necessary anymore. Since no need for appointments anymore...maybe I'll stop by for another peep.

Any other shops you guys can recommend?

I would want to visit a shop that has vintage and "bowteek" stuff.
It's nice to try out these over-hyped bowteek amps and compare them to our standard Marshalls. A lot of times, I think that's all it is... "hype" and no substance.

Marshalls RULE!

Thanks
