Ribfest 2007 St Pete,Fl

Went there yesterday and had some damn good food. Even brought home some sauce and some rub. Saw that guy Frank Cosmo who is the new singer for Boston, and aside from sound man problems, his voice is really close. Kansas was up after, but we didn't bring jackets and were fucking freezing. It's a shame too, becuse I saw Kansas back in the 80s when they had that "Power" tour, and they were very tight live. Up there with Rush.

Ha! It's 39 degrees in Brighton (a stones throw from Flint) right now. Hell that's ONLY 11 degrees cooler than 50 and 50 is not bad. Trouble is, each degree below 50 seems twice as cold as any degree above it!!!
Well, at least there's no snow, and none in the near future according to Benjamin Franklin (Farmer's Almanac).

Mmmmm Kaua'i and Bali Hai beckons me no matter how I try to rationalize this shit...
Fuck it.

It dropped into the 50's and my girlfriend was the one who couldn't take it. (And She had a Jacket , not me)
I wanted to stay. On the way out I asked the security Guard if I could get my Jacket out of the car, and he said yes, but she was feezing and horny, so I gave in and had a fun car ride home.

That's not too bad a consolation prize, mikey 8)

When I first moved to CA IN Februaury '94I wasn't sure how long I was staying so the second weekend here I picked up a used Sporty. When I brought it back to the apartment complex I asked the manager who was from NY if it was OK to keep the bike in the parking gargage. He says "You got a bike? Great. I have one, too. "WHEN IT GETS NICE OUT WE CAN GO RIDING" I said, "Did you forget where you're from?????? It's 68 degrees. Back home it's 2. It IS F"N NICE OUT!!!!!!!"

He says "You'll acclimate". Not yet, Brother!
