Post by Country Boy Shane » Fri Nov 30, 2007 5:37 pm

God bless Evel Knievel. Passed away today at 69 years of age.

We can all learn about determination and never quitting from this legendary American Icon. I'm not kidding fellas.

I had the Snake River rocket toy when I was a kid. That dude had a huge set a cajones. He was the man in the 70's.

When you pushed the button that thing would fly across the room and bounce off everything in its path. Took a serious beating. Like the man himself...

He was my hero as a kid! My mom made me an EK costume for Halloween one year. My brother and I had a bunch of the toys/action figures (sky cycle, chopper, regular harley, etc.) with the winder/zip sticks to make them go.

I had the EK pinball machine once with the big tits girls on it, it was only drawings but I was exited as a young kid just by the images... Didn't need much in those days lol.......

RIP EK!

actually, they were playing some audio of him back in the day, & he was saying that if went up to heaven in a white robe, & was sitting on a cold marble slab, & was there with mlk, & jfk & such, he woould have nothing to talk about with these guys. he wanted to go to his heaven where there were alot of ramps & draft beer that didn't make you fat... what a character.
