Isn't it awesome when you unexpectantly find a band that kicks ass.
I was at the Blues and Brews fest in Telluride, CO last weekend and found out about MOFRO. If you're into Southern Rock/blues/ funk, you should check this band out!!!!!!!! Nothing too technical, but really groove oriented, with lots of soul influence. I bought their new cd Lochloosa, and I can't get it out of my cd player. I don't know anybody except the rare southern folk who even knows about them. Seriously check them out.
