Jeff Beck at Denver San Francisco game

Post by Woolly Mammoth » Sun Oct 31, 2010 6:48 pm

Did anyone see Jeff Beck play at the Broncos / 49ers game ?

What did you think ?

....even overlooking the technical difficulties with the sound, it did not sound like the Jeff Beck I have seen and loved !

Reminded me a bit of Ace Frehley's performance of the National Anthem at the Supercross earlier this year. That's not a slam, but both sort of had an awkward feel to them. Not terrible, but not great.

I caught this and I would say he was missing notes, had no control over the sound(which was bad) and didn't seem to know the song.

Just a crappy Droid recording.

I do have to ask why is God save the Queen being played at a US football game?
