Another Introduction

Post by Sportsterguy » Sat Mar 04, 2006 5:32 pm

Hi,

My name is John. I've been hanging around and posting here for about a month, but have not introduced myself. Bad Form! I'm an old guy, soon to be 52. I used to play in garage bands in the late 60's and early 70's, never professionally. I am an accountant by trade and mess around with guitars and amps to keep my sanity.

welcome John, Christ there is a lot of varying expertise on this forum now it is getting better! Wish there was more young people like myself involved in this sort of thing as no offence to anyone there are more mature people here. It is nice to see new names and faces joining our community even though i have not built an amp but i am planning 1 when i get some money! Good to see that people care about their sound and style and come here instead of going to marshall or whoever it is a good form of education and a good hobby.

I don't think that I will ever be mature. I may be old and get a lot older....but I'll never be mature!

Thanks to everyone for the welcome!
