Microsoft RANT tech help wanted.

I am about sick of this companies garbage. Wednesday I check for updates like I do about once a month. Low and behold there is a new critical update for IE and OE, which I download and install. Guess what Gents? This new critical update decides it wants to only let me check email once per bootup. I can check my email once when I first bootup but anytime after that I click on the send/receive icon and all I get is the send/receive window flash up and immediately goes away.

Now I get real sick of this so I check for spyware/ run a/v software, trojan scanner/removal programs, NADA..... So I bite the bullet and delve into that elusive realm of half answers the Microcrap Information Center. Microcrap Support Messageboards, and several other tech support websites... I get this answer for a problems that is similar but not what I am experiencing, TURN OFF YOUR ANTIVIRUS EMAIL SCANNING??????!?!?! What the fuck kind of answer is that? There is no answer for what Im experiencing, I get no error message nothing. I have the email to check 4 email accounts and it wont even check one. I am getting email on the webmail of each server so I know that the server is ok. Im at a loss. I seriously will be moving to Mac when this machine craps out. Which might happens soon do to a size 13 stomping the shit out of the case.

On another note thsi one guy keeps emailing me to sell my Marshall to him. I have told him no a few times already he keeps with the high pressure tactic matching my prices no problem(already up to $3200 for a JCM800 1959) I know at that price I should just go for it but its one of those "My baby" things.

Hey man try to restore your pc at an earlier date before the updates....

Turn system restore off first.......maybe this will help??

Dont use system restore as its the number one place where trojans and spyware hide themselves. In otherwords its already off I do not have a previous save point.

Well seems like Ill have to do the reformat thing something to do this weekend. now to spend all week backing up everything god i hate MS sometimes.
