They usually have a showcase off the main NAMM site and feature like a mini-gig, that is usually videoed, I'm not sure if it is by invitation only or attendance is charged, let's ask George..
Guthrie Govan and Andy Wood are appearing on Saturday for Suhr I believe..

It's not like the old days. There used to be killer jams a local venue. Went to one years ago that featured SAm Kinnison as MC and among others Rat Race Choir backing John Entwhistle. Sounded as good or better than the Who.

Lota of autograoh sessions posted, and artist demo's but none of that is really adverstised unless you know or happen by the booth to and catch the signs. Saw Bobby Rondenelli (Rainbow, Sabbath) play at the Ludwig booth and Tommy Shaw doing "Renegade" at the Marshall booth. Marshall is very disappointing. Too many metal head signature amps like Lemmy, Mustaine, Kerry King signature models. Old Jim must have little say and the next generation has taken over.

Dave, Yngwie is supposed to be signing at the Fender suite on Sat. I'll see if I can get up there but the only artists I might stand on line for are Beck, Les Paul and Jim Marshall (and only two are left). Just caught last night that Tal Wilkenfeld will be at the EBS booth near GMS. I would like to say hello to her
65 has a new model, the "Tupelo" which sounds great. And Gene Simmons is supposed to be announcing his new signature Bass AXE (yawn)

She is a very sweet, down to earth lady. (Also lived in Manhattan for a while and LOVED the pizza she said!)

They had five cameras going that night from the TM owners, too. That's the footage I'm waiting for.

As for the gear...

Steve: Suhr Strat, LP Custom, Marsha 100w, Scumback "Naked" cab w/ M75 65w

Pete: Suhr Strat, LP R9, PT-100, Port City cab w/ M75 65w.

Steve told me he's trapping me in a corner and beating me up next week. I guess that means Dave & I will be busy...ridiculously good sounding show, as you've already heard. Always great to hear your stuff played by outstanding guitarists, too...both Pete and Steve ripped it up.

Singer kicked some ass, think his name was Frank Perez.
