So sad....I lost my dad 4 months ago suddenly and its so definate.Little lessons for us to enjoy what we have while we are here cause it can all change in a blink of an eye. makes me worry about my heavy smoking Marlboro Reds...Time is cruel

I lost my dad too, but it took years... he survived cancer 3 times, the 4th time took him.

Im no one to suggest what another person should do, but believe me, there are people in your life that PRAY that you'll quit the cig's... I pray for that very thing for my sister.

A friend of mine is significantly overweight, and smokes. His Doc told him if he does NOTHING else, quit the smokes. Its THE most damaging thing you can do to yourself short of shooting dope.

Just a seed of thought, brother.
