it's undersandable that a socialised healthcare can be feared in a country where the big pharma industries are so powerfull , socialised healthcare have a tendency to make some things mandatory , and if lobbyists push some messy products on the one who control the whole thing , then the choice is no longer there .... I don't think it's all black and white between european socialised healthcare and the american way , both philosophies have good sense in them , but we can agree that both also have flaws ( this "human spare parts " wholesale trade is a big one in the cas of the us ) , it all depends on the context , i don't think one would work entirely in the country of another... The metaphorical way to express this would be to say that a ferrari with fucked up pistons goes at the same speed than perfectly tuned up east german trabant , but if i personally had to choose between those two cars i'd ditch them both  .... I feel americans really value the old capitalistic way of economical competition which tends to favor the best of the competitors , wether it's for buisness or even health , and that philosophy is a good one , but i feel too their nostalgia of the good old days of healthy competition between small enterprises make them loose the focus on nowadays' hard truth , we live now in a world of tricked games by mega corporation trusts who completely kill the competition , which results in a tsunami of cheap ass replacable products , and tired to the bone old concepts that are never renewed , i'd personally see adding a lil' bit of socialism in their enchilada more like keeping the out of control dog on a lead ... But it would be felt by them like a betrayal of the values which helped fund this country , which i'd understand ... Then again , i'm european , i see things differently , ya know , education and everything... Anyway this healthcare is a very complex problem , i don't think anyone could wrap all it's subtelties up in one 1000 words post ....

Yes!
Aluminium block end chassis
784-128OT
1202-118PT
-114 3H choke
V1 has 50uF WIMA cathode cap/820R
556pF mixer bypass cap
270k mixers
256pF tone stack/56k slope resistor
single 32uF pramp can
27k on 16ohm NFB
single 8k2 first dropper single 10k dropper mid board
x3 YP mullards in preamp x2 Mullard EL34s outputs Mullard GZ34 recifier

I am in the process of buildng a clone of it mut am not sure which mixers to use 270k or 470k and not sure whether to use dual 10k mid board with the extra 32uF node (like you see on Black Flag steel chassis 50watters).

It's also "pop" in Canada. I rarely hear it called soda here.

Not looking to get into a political debate on Private versus Govt health care, my problem is when people stat playing God. Inn private practice like this case or Govt practice like in China where if you are a prisoner you may end up as parts for the party elite .Oh shit now I just brought up Religion.

ahhh predation mike , we can all agree that when it comes to predation , when you face either a tyrannosaurus rex or a bunch of raptors .... different strategies to make a mess out of you , but the result is pretty much the same ^^ no debate on that !

No political debate at all. Canadians pay an absolute shitload of taxes. Most of which we agree is a good idea. Some not. Nobody goes without essential healthcare. Major surgery is also covered by taxes.
