So i have been Having trouble with my brother, I was picking the kids up from the bus stop and I took the nabor kids home witch is across from my home my little brother stops at the foot of my drive( i live on a gravel rd.)i drop the naboring kids off and start to back out of robs drive well My brother (who has his daughter in the truck with him) starts to spin gravel and speeds up the road when i was well i couldnt see him doing this (rob has this pompas grass growing at the edge of his drive) well he slams on the brakes almost hitting my car with my kids in it then jumps out and say's thats it where going to fight I laughed and got out of my car because i have had the dumb ass point guns at me before ( I didnt want to put my kid's in danger)
So he starts mouthing Im going to kick you'r azz and called me a few other choice words I then tell the fool if you swing on me Im going to wip your azz in the middle of this road and you better think about it dude you have 4 rods and 8 scews in youre back( 2 Back surgery's)!! So he kicks me in my left knee i blocked the most of it and (my left knee is blown out i have to walk with a cane) and say's "Im going to kill you" So i looked around to rob and missy oh now he is going to kill me I looked at him and said dude get in youre freeking truck and go home you not going to do chit. well I kinda stay close to him and was watching him he (has a stolen 38 revoler and he thanks he can shoot some one with it and throw it in the river and no won will know)get's in his truck and slings the door open at me well insted of letting it hit me I shoved the door back and it hit his leg.The cops came and i went to jail for domestic violence Nothing happend to him at all and now there telling me I could do a year in jail what the fuck.. I have this guy on video driving 40 and 50 MPH and and almost running over kids and doing it with his kids in the truck on a speed posted 10 mph road.. They said that there is nothing they can do unless a cop see's him doing it..Its a good thing i didnt kick his but.. It seems that where i live they have there own laws and it is who ever is left standing goes to jail.. I done nothing to harm him and when he acts like this I just laugh at him.. Maybe someone can chim in here and throw out some kind of 100% unofficial coment on this it has me a little scared.I have a clean record not even a speeding ticket. but this is blowing me away. He sales his pain meds and i have been trying to get him busted for that. The last time i called barney fife and told them what was going on he ask me and i quote( Should i tell him you called) But you know I thank he did tell him because after that his dope buyer's quit comming over now he does the travaling. trust me I live close enough to him to watch his every move..Im just venting off some steam..

Man, I would just stay clear of him, until he straightens up. As far as going to jail, I would talk to a lawyer and see exactly what these charges are and what thier outcome may be. Sounds like you got a case, but then again your brother should step up and take responsibility(at least share it) for what happened. Good luck !

He sounds a bit unstable. But...the law is the law so you gotta watch it. I'd just stay away...and keep a video camera handy to catch him trying to harass you. You'll have your evidence and HE will have HIS day in court. Good Luck!

I do have a camcorder and i have him on vidio doing 40 and 50 mph in front of my home pulling in his drive getting out and looking strait at me. Uh the killing thing is not an option nothing is worth that..I would love to move but i dont have the funds to do it with.. He is very unstable and he came to me I dont even look at him he wants me to do something so he can go tell and get me in trouble Just like when we where kids and mom would burn me up for doing it.. He is a control freek that i do know..Now guy's dont get me wrong I can wip his ass at the drop of a hat no prob but realy I dont want to hurt the fool he is kinda like a dumb animal. dig this the dude cant carry a note in his poket but he use to steel my drum sticks and tell every body he could play hahaha He cant even do a semple 4/4 beat and dont know what it is I got to quit laughing my side is going to bust and to top it all off he is 6'2 Im 5'6 he used to steel my jeans and pull them all the way to his rib cage hahahahahahahahahahaha I used to call him erkel now he is delbert. the pant legg would be up 6" from his shoes hahahhahahahahaha awh man i needed that What a moron. The other so called witness is a crak head big time. If he comes to court stoned Im going to have my lawer eat him up.Im sure it is ileagle to testifie under the influance of drugs and alc. and that would make it a miss trial..If i can get a good lawer I will get him to eat my brother for lunch he is a habitchual lier..He dont except reality for real.MEDIC he is mental for shure..

Check into getting a restraining order so he can't come within "X" amount of yard form your property.

Went to court it was a joke to say the least. I cant beleive they didnt put his butt away... It going to come down to him killing a kid before they will stop him like i said here where I live the last one standing goes to jail.

Ain't family great? You've received some good advise- I would recommend taking it all. Look into that restraining order. I don't know about moving away- I don't believe you should run, nor should you LOOK like you're running but STAYING away is VERY good advise. If moving away does seems right, by all means do so. Remember though, he may/can still follow you if he's so inclined.

You also want to make sure YOU'RE in the right with every encounter with this guy. Don't give him the advantage of making you take the first shot, for instance. And always keep in mind setting a good example for your kids as they can (and will) use your examples when dealing with POS's in their future(s). Don't wait for the law to solve your problems- they have their own problems.
