Beck had better NOT be left off the DVD for this one like the last. Sounds like Mayer can though...

Anybody go?

That's my guess.

I was genuinely pissed because the original ads for the DVD listed Beck and IIRC there is a quick cut of Beck in the opening montage. I watched the whole f'n waiting for JB that I missed some of the other great playing.

There was a quick clip of him in the opening montage, got my mojo workin' and left me hanging. Bastards.

I watched nearly all the Crossroad concert on the net over the weekend and I have to say while I liked most everything I saw I was disappointed that they had no player representing modern instrumental rock. No Vai, Satriani, Gilbert, Buckethead, Malmsteen, VH etc. You think with Eddie's new found sobriety they could have done the 30 minute set?

Huh? :?

Vai was at the Crossroads festival two years ago? From the DVD the audience loved him.

I stand corrected. I still think it's out of context though, IMHO.
