Anyone know why MA is not in the current lineup? Ive heard that Eds kid is taking his place (

). Im really suprised that Dave is the one thats in, and Mikey is out. Dave and VH have always been like Tommy Lee and Pam. On again, off again... on again, off again, ad nauseum. (well, I CANT say that I'd mind jumping on and off ol' Pammy a few times... she still looks PDG)
