I'm looking for a song... i don't know the name of it or the artist...

lyric goes like - help me i think I'm falling... in love with you...(lots of 7th chords) sounds like Joni Mitchell?...or Joan Baez ....

Yeah. It's Joni Mitchell. She lives not too far away, I've been past her place before. Last I saw of her she was using an all-spruce body Parker Fly with nylon strings.

The song you are thinking of is still Joni's biggest hit. I'm not a Joni Mitchell fan in particular, though Hejira, with Jaco Pastorius, is sometimes ok. The thing about growing up here in BC is you're bound to end up with a girlfriend at one point in time or another who is a Joni Mitchell FREAK. :roll: Thank God that only happened once. Yeah, she is. One of my favourite female artists; and I like Joan Baez, too. But as I say, all things in moderation; there is totally such a thing as too much Joni Mitchell. I lived to tell about it, though.
