This year I'm trying bananas, and/or a banana/milk and honey milkshake.

This new years morning I had lots of water and BBQ meats. It seemed to do the trick nicely.

Don't wait until you wake up to hit the water. Drink a glass before passing out, and take a couple of aspirin with it. Then zonk. You gotta get some fluids to that brain you just pickled.

If you just drink a glass of water for every so many beers or drinks youll be fine. Or better anyway but your more then dehydrated when your drunk.

Uhhh... oh, man... my head hurts... I think more sleep is in order. (Why is it that we always think that it'll be "ok" the next day???)

Shoveling 8" of snow seems to have taken care of it. And water between each beer helped too.

They have electrolyte enhanced water that works perfect. They have it in all the health food stores, and some grocery stores are starting to carry it now. It's tastes like regular bottled water.
Potassium is good too. Basically this combo is like Gatorade without the sugar and salt.

When i played rugby years back we used to train after a hang over and we used to drink lucosade. That stuff used to sought you out after you'd puked it up a few times.
