Found a program that will let me use my cell phone as a modem to connect to the internet!

Just tested the speeds and it's around 320 kbps for downloads. Not too bad.

Better than paying an ISP for internet AND verizon wireless 15 bucks a month.

It's called PDANET and it will only work on certain phones.

I have the Motorola Q 9m with windows mobile 6.0 on it.

There was a guy who did (what sounds to be, I could be wrong) something similar up in the Alberta Oil Sands. He thought it was great until he got sent an $85,000 phone bill. "In a show of good faith," Bell Mobility dropped the charges to $3,500 or something thereabouts.

If it works for you, sweet. But it's worth it for me to point this out. Just sayin'.
