Damn, you should go to Boston and kick the shit out of him. That would be better than the money. He looks like a dumbass.

i dont know how internet theft works.
can you contact your local and boston police or would they tell you to get lost?

assuming you didn't, that's where i'd start.

good luck.

Yeah I did file internet fraud with a bunch of different sites, but that doesn't help at all. I called my local police dept and they said they didn't deal with internet. so I also contacted the boston police, waiting to hear back.

Yes that is the guitar in the picture. I put a feather weight tail piece, vintage Bumble Bee caps and it had a vintage Toggle switch knob as well.

Yes thanks, I did file a complaint on that website when it happened, but of course nothing has happened.

here is there disclaimer;

Complaint Status
The IC3 receives thousands of complaints each month and does not have the resources to respond to inquiries regarding the status of complaints. It is the IC3's intention to review all complaints and refer them to law enforcement and regulatory agencies having jurisdiction. Ultimately, investigation and prosecution are at the discretion of the receiving agencies.

Are you familiar w/ the Deathwish movies? The law wont help Charles Bronson either so he does it himself, go steal that guitar back. Key his car while your at it. Be sure to leave him a note saying who's the smart ass now. 8)
Seriuosly this kind of stuff pisses me off man, I feel for ya and want to kick this guys ass. Well, whether or not things turn out the best for you, this guys a loser and a cheater, he'll get what he deserves in the long run.

Yes I agree. My one thought is to watch this guy. If he ever sells the guitar I will buy with Paypal and charge back my card. ')
