EEEERRRRRRRRRRR!!!

I am so spitting mad right now. I do much of my business on my cell phone for various reasons. Like being out of the shop.

Today I'm trying to finalize my new secure gateway for CC processing to go with the new cart software. My call dropped four consecutive times.

Each time I have to call back, resay all of my info, explain the scenario,blah blah blah. Twice I didn't even make it that far ino the call.

I have filed a service report with Nextel. And stated that I would take legal action against them if I thought it were possible.

Who's with me? Class action suit against Nextel for knowingly representing and selling inferior service.

OK, I need a breather. I picked the wrong week to quit drinking.

Think thats bad, try flash updating the software for your phone as per instructions via the cell provider and guess what it does? Introduces static in the line that renders the phone unusable. Cell company solution? Sir you will need to purchase a new phone as the software upgrade damaged one of the chips and because it was not done at a service center it is not convered under warantee.
We were not told that it is advisible to take it to a service center to have them call to upgrade. What a scam.... T-Mobile what a scam.
