Looks like Roger Mayer co-authored it as well... interesting. Publishing date is Nov. 7, 2009? Maybe that's just the way publishing companies work.

Did they say anything about the fuzz used on AYE, besides the octavia? I have always wondered that, maybe Roger knows.

Looks like Roger Mayer only did the forward so I wonder where they got there info from and acuracy. I would love to read if it is acurate :D

It mentioned in the beginning he used a Gibson Maestro Fuzz-Tone and then went on to use a Fuzz-Face...

I'm not too impressed with it. A lot of window dressing and no real substance.
