Had to put my buddy boy of 12 years down this morning. My Sweeetie wanted to know how a cat born in California grew a New York attitude.... RIP, Poopy Boy (don't ask, he EARNED the name). He had chronic renal faliure and yesterday he lost most use of his back legs and became a bit incontinent maybe due to a clot or stroke and also became a bit disoriented. It was time but it was still hard and fucking sucks!!!!! Not ashamed to admit a lot of tears flowing around here today. Losing animals is sometimes worse than losing family.

I once heard that you can tell the true character of a person by the way he feels about and acts toward his pets... you are no exception Chief... my sincerest condolences...
Sorry to hear Chief, it's painful as hell.
Even when you know it's time and you're doing the right thing.
Pets are Family, it's a huge loss.

He didn't make much noise but it sures seems much quieter around here today.
That's a great pic, eh? That's the look he gave me when I hit a sour note. Got a of lot of those looks....
