The New Judas Priest Album

Post by flemingmras » Mon Sep 26, 2005 3:51 am

The new Judas Priest album, Angel of Retribution is out and it is fuckin' badass to say the least. Rob Halford is back with them and they have their original sound from Painkiller back!

All Judas fans this album is a MUST HAVE!!!

Man... That cd came out in March. Glad to hear you finally picked it up. Yes this is one of their better cd's. The songwriting goes from Sad Wings era. through the prime years, and on through the Painkiller and beyond. Let's hope they come back with an even better followup.

BTW Jon, Have you checked out the JP Electric Eye DVD yet? That's another great one to pick up and it should only cost about $15 or so. It contains the whole Dallas Reunioin Center show from The Judas Priest Live cd/video(the one in the brown cover), as well as all of their old videos and some early television broadcast performances from the Rockarolla era. You're going to laugh your ass off at the Hot Rockin video though. I think that video was a dead giveaway precursor to Rob's outing himself. Check it out nad you will know what I'm talking about.

Already seen the Hot Rockin' video bro! Matter of fact it's always been my fantasy for my band to do that song, then get some Marshall dummy cabs and rig them with pytotechnics for that breakdown part right after the solo to go off with each hit of the kick/cymbal. 8)

Maybe one day it will happen.

Yeah thanks, I swiped it off some thread on a forum where they were talking about some of the cork sniffery that goes on for some poor techs with their customers. I laughed my ass off when I read it and thought it to be a great signature.
