Dude...that's what the Ted Nugent show is all about! Hunting and fighting for American God Given rights!

Without that, it wouldn't be Ted Nugent!

Yeah. Add Bono together with Springstien then multiply that by Fiona Apple and you have Ted Nuggents sense of political motivation.

Fiona Apple quoting Maya Angelou, now that was funny.
I want to stick my finger down my throat when I see Bonno.

I think The Nuge is a mindless dickweed. Not only do I strongly disagree with him politically (he must be the last American left still supporting Dubya) but my main problem with The Nuge is that not only has he played himself deaf in one ear, the soundwaves obviously must of rattled his brain once too often too. What an obsession with violence this guy has! He must of read too many copies of Soldiers of Fortune when he was a kid or something. What's up with all that hunting crap? There's nary a mention of his musical achievements or any MP3's on his website. In fact, when you click 'Ted's gear' you get a list of guns and ammo that he uses. Is he so braindead that he forgot he's actually a guitar player?! The only gun he should be totin' is a six-string gun! The guy even has his own Ted Nugent Whackmaster ammo provided to you by the good folks of Corbon. Design a Les Paul, for Christ's sake! God, what a dumbass.

Dig this crap:

"I hunt because I am a hunter. A primal urge broils throughout my entire being, driving me to flex my ultimate independence through self sufficiency and rugged individualism. Killing the ultimate fresh, pure, natural healthfood for my family is job one for this American husband and father. Plus the invigorating challenge and discipline that is every hunt provides the most strengthening medicine for the soul. Before an arrow is loosed or a cartridge ignited, the spirit of the hunt feeds the inner being the most incendiary fuel known to man. I crave it all. I am CraveMan."

Sounds more like CaveMan to me. Boy, this guy must have a short pecker...

I dont totally disagree with him about hunting but for me to agree with his POV he's missing a few things from his life. He didnt build his own house from the land, he doesnt make his own clothes and fabricate his own tools, source of light and heat. He doesnt even make his own weapons. What he is is immature and returns to an earlier more natural human life in only ONE TINY ASPECT to indulge himself where most others have self control, and prove how big his unit is. The rest of his life he's as big a pussy as anyone else. If his winter kill doesnt provide food for his family will he try to make due and brave the harshness? No he'll take his ass to the supermarket. Thats called posing in my book.

I LOVE GUNS! I respect the hunter's that actually eat what they hunt instead of just stuffing them and putting them up on the living room wall. There is a certain feeling you get when you discintegrate a clay pigeon with a side-by-side double barelled shotgun that no other thing can give you!

Of coarse you do! Your handle is after all 'Country Bot Shane'. :) Ive been hunting and shooting before. I didnt get it. I dont feel sorry for the animals, slaughter them or shoot them theres no difference, but I just dont get the need to feel powerful in that way.

Side by sides are nice, but for clay Pigeons I prefer an over O/U Browning Citori.

I wouldn't exactly lump the Nuge in with guitar PLAYERS who I would consider "good"

Right now i'm using my Grandpa's hand-me-down 1912 Springfield 16 guage side-by-side double barell. It's a classic and works like a charm. I haven't gotten anything else since my Remington M870. I would like some sort of sniper rifle when I get the chance though. Shooting is a discipline and that's why I like it as much as I like playing my guitar.
